Voizematic may only be used for lawful communication. You must comply with TCPA, TRAI, and all applicable telemarketing regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining a DNC list and honouring opt-outs.
Voizematic uses a wallet-based billing model. Funds are deducted per connected minute at the rate shown on your plan. Unused wallet balance is non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of your call data, transcripts, and recordings. Voizematic processes this data only to operate the platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. Voizematic may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable use policy without notice.
