What is Voizematic and how does it work?

Voizematic is an AI-powered voice calling platform that enables businesses to create intelligent voice agents for inbound and outbound phone calls. These AI agents handle conversations, book appointments, follow up with customers, and provide support using natural, human-like speech. You create an AI agent, connect your knowledge base, choose a voice, and start calling. The AI manages the conversation while you focus on growing your business.

How do I get started with my first AI agent?

Getting started is quick: (1) Sign up and add funds to your wallet. (2) Purchase a phone number. (3) Create an AI agent by defining its role and instructions in plain English. (4) Upload your knowledge base (documents, FAQs, or website content). (5) Select a voice that matches your brand. (6) Test your agent and start making calls. Most users complete setup in under 10 minutes.

Do you offer a free trial or demo?

You can try the Voice AI directly from the homepage using a free voice chat demo to experience the conversation quality. A full free trial is not currently offered due to the cost of real-time telephony and AI infrastructure.

Do I need technical skills to use Voizematic?

No. Voizematic is designed for non-technical users and requires no coding experience. All major workflows are point-and-click, with guided setup steps, sensible defaults, and in-app help. Most users complete setup in under 10 minutes.

Calling & Features

How natural and realistic are the AI voice calls?

AI voices are highly natural and human-like, powered by advanced neural speech synthesis. They support natural pacing, pauses, multilingual conversations, and contextual responses suitable for customer-facing calls.

Are all calls recorded and can I access transcripts?

Yes. All calls are automatically recorded and transcribed. You can access call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries from the Call History section as soon as a call is completed. Downloads are available for your records.

Can AI agents transfer calls to human agents?

Yes. Voizematic supports both direct transfers and assisted (warm) transfers. Direct Transfer: the AI directly transfers the call to a human agent. Assisted Transfer: the AI places the caller on hold, contacts the human agent, and provides a conversation summary. If the human agent accepts, the call connects. If they decline or don't answer, the AI resumes the conversation. Transfers can be triggered automatically or based on predefined rules.

Can AI agents book appointments in my calendar?

Yes. With Google Workspace integration, AI agents book appointments directly in your Google Calendar during live phone calls. Agents check availability, schedule appointments, send Gmail confirmation emails, and handle rescheduling — all through natural conversation, while the caller is still on the line.

Can I make bulk calls to multiple contacts?

Yes. Voizematic supports bulk calling using contact lists from Google Sheets, XLS, or CSV files. Select an AI agent, choose your contact list, and start calling. The agent automatically places calls to all contacts with personalized conversations. Ensure sufficient wallet balance before starting bulk calls.

Pricing & Billing

How does your pricing work?

Voizematic uses a pay-per-use pricing model. Calls are billed at $0.25 per minute (India: ₹16/min), which includes all AI automations and features. There are no monthly subscriptions, hidden fees, or minimum commitments. Add funds to your wallet and use them whenever needed. Subscription plans starting at $49/month are also available for businesses that want additional features.

Do you support international calling?

Yes. Voizematic supports international calling to 50+ countries. All applicable call rates are clearly shown before initiating a call, so you always know the cost in advance.

What is your refund policy?

Calling minutes are charged on a usage basis and are non-refundable once used. Unused wallet balance is non-refundable and can only be used for calls on the Voizematic platform. Refunds are considered only in cases of verified platform outages.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed via Cashfree (India) and PayPal (international). You can manage payment methods at any time from account settings.

Integration & Customization

How do I connect Google Workspace integration?

Google Workspace integrations are automatically set up during sign-up. If the connection ever needs to be re-established, go to the Integrations page, click "Connect Google Account," and authorize the required permissions. Once connected, AI agents can access Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Sheets to book appointments, send emails, and manage contacts automatically.

Can I create custom voices or use my own voice?

Yes. Voizematic supports voice cloning using audio samples with proper consent. You can clone your own voice or create custom brand voices (available on the Custom Plan). You can also choose from 200+ premium voices across multiple languages, accents, and personality styles.

What types of content can I add to my knowledge base?

You can add PDF documents, Word files, text files, website URLs, YouTube video transcripts, Google Sheets (synced live), and direct text input. Voizematic automatically processes and indexes all content, enabling AI agents to answer questions based on your business-specific knowledge.

Do you provide API access for developers?

Security & Compliance

How secure is my data on Voizematic?

Voizematic uses enterprise-grade AES-256 encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, strict access controls, and regular security reviews. All voice data and transcripts are encrypted both in transit and at rest. We follow SOC 2–aligned security practices. Your data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent.

Are you HIPAA compliant for healthcare organizations?

Yes. Voizematic offers HIPAA-compliant solutions for healthcare organizations. Custom Plans include support for Business Associate Agreements (BAA), enhanced security controls, and compliance-focused configurations. Contact the sales team to discuss specific healthcare compliance requirements.

How long are call recordings stored?

Call recordings are stored for 90 days by default and can be downloaded during this period. Custom Plan customers can configure custom retention policies based on business or compliance needs. All stored recordings are encrypted and can be deleted manually at any time from the dashboard.

Are you GDPR compliant for European customers?

Yes. Voizematic is GDPR compliant. European customer data is processed in EU-based data centers, and Data Processing Agreements (DPA) are provided where required. Customers retain full control over their data, including access, export, and deletion rights in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Are there any technical limitations I should know about?

Default limits: outbound calls are limited to 1 call per second; knowledge base documents can be up to 10 MB each; maximum call duration is 30 minutes; voice cloning (Custom Plan) requires at least 5 minutes of source audio. Custom Plan customers may request higher limits.
